如何最大化的避免交期出现问题?
1、报货物交期时，要预留一些时间。
2、和工厂确定交货期限。
3、选择供应商很重要，尽量找中等或者小规模(有扶持价值的)，质量合格、配合度高、管理有序、管理层或者老板从大公司出来的工厂。
4、定期对供应商的交期、质量、配合度等进行评估。
5、经常和供应商沟通，了解供应商近期的订单及生产情况。在工厂淡季时，适当降低利润提高单量，为工厂提供支持。那在旺季或者紧急的时候，工厂也会尽力帮助你，互利共赢。
6、不要完全相信工厂的话，经常到工厂了解生产情况和进度，远的话可以说客户要看下生产现状，让工厂拍几张照片过来。
7、有些对交货期要求比较高的订单，告诉工厂客户做的是信用证订单，交期延误范围不能超过5天，否则延误船期，出货会有风险。
8、经常去工厂和车间检查验货，这样可以提高工厂的交货期意识和配合度。1.猜测邮箱地址，国外邮箱前面很多是以人名字命名的，我们可以做排列组合，也要注意缩写的形式。
